How is my gold offer calculated?
We check the karat with XRF testing and weigh the gold. The offer reflects the gold content and the day’s buying rate. Stones and enamel are excluded from the gold weight.
Is there a fee for testing or selling gold?
Bullion Lanka lists no testing or service fee for standard gold valuations. Ask about any special arrangements when you call.
What should I bring?
Bring the item and a valid photo ID. For pledged gold, bring the pawning receipt. For gemstones or watches, bring any certificates or original paperwork you have.
Can I get an estimate before visiting?
Yes. Share the approximate weight and karat by phone or WhatsApp. The team confirms the final offer after examining the item.
How will I be paid?
For gold purchases, Bullion Lanka offers cash or bank transfer after you accept the offer. Call ahead if you need to confirm a payment arrangement.
Can I sell broken or unmarked gold jewellery?
Yes. The team can assess old and broken gold jewellery, including pieces without a hallmark.
